Caitlin graduated from Lincoln Land Community College with an Associate’s degree and serves as Operations Assistant at the firm's Springfield office.
As a primary function of her role, Caitlin provides the Advisory Team with essential administrative support, specializing in client scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication to help ensure the team operates efficiently and clients receive exceptional service.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as gardening, cooking, and reading.
